About Rick

Rick is a chemical engineer with 22 years of process engineering experience in the chemical, semiconductor, and mining industries, and within manufacturing operations, pilot lines and R&D programs. Rick held engineering positions at Motorola, W.L. Gore & Associates, and REC Silicon, and immediately prior to working at CAMP, was the assay lab and refinery operations supervisor and plant metallurgist at Barrick Gold’s Golden Sunlight Mine. Rick is the lead on CAMP’s mineral processing projects, and serves as the Quality Manager for mechanical testing, mineral processing and metallurgy. His strong skillset in process optimization, statistical process control, and project management has helped CAMP secure and grow new business in multiple disciplines while strengthening deliverables.

Patents
Four U.S. Patents (6,881,351, 6,943,038, 7,105,903 and 7,279,341) for magnetoresistive random access memory (MRAM) manufacturing processes and integrations.
