New students planning to apply for scholarships to Montana Tech must meet the priority application deadline, which is Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2014.
Students who have a 30+ composite ACT or a 2010 composite SAT and a 3.75 GPA or greater should consider applying for the Marie Moebus Presidential Scholarship. Students who meet the criteria need to apply for admission, scholarships, submit two letters of recommendation and write a 500-word essay about why they chose their major. The scholarship is a gold waiver for in-state and Western Undergraduate Exchange for out-of-state students plus $3,000-$5,000 in renewable cash.
