Dr. Leroy Friel, retired Montana Tech Professor, will be selling his book, “ Exploring Montana’s Pioneer Mountains: Trails and Natural History of this Hidden Gem”, Wednesday, September 10th from 9am –noon in the Lobby of the Student Union Building. Leroy has spent 35 years hiking, fishing and hunting the Pioneer Mountains. His book provides tips for the best fishing holes and trails, as well as the best places to see wildflowers, wildlife, historic sites, and the star of the show, Montana’s magnificent scenery.
